All reservations are required to have an approved credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Children 12 and under are free when staying with an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY

One night deposit is required when making a reservation and is non-refundable. Your credit card will be billed in full 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes in length of stay received less that 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire prepaid reservation.
Pets are not allowed. Arrangements for pet care can be made through our reservations department.
GROUP GUESTS

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Anyone arriving prior to that time will be roomed as soon as possible, but a short wait may be necessary. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Upon request, we will be happy to arrange for baggage storage for group luggage until their actual departure from the hotel or until the room is ready for check-in.
RESERVATIONS:
All reservation requests need to be accompanied by at least one night’s room and tax deposit or guaranteed by a major credit card for the reservation to be processed and confirmed.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Force Majeure - The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities as a result of war, terrorist acts occurring anywhere in North America or on an airline or other transportation facility that services North America, or change in government regulations or any other emergency beyond the parties’ control making it illegal, impractical or impossible to provide the facilities or hold the conference. Either party may cancel for any one or more of such reasons upon written notice to the other.
Terms: All accounts are due and payable upon receipt of our invoice. We are a member of the Credit Bureau of Kalispell and your application for direct bill may or may not be evaluated by them. All information shall be held confidential.
CONFERENCE AND GROUP BANQUETS
A $100.00 fee will be incurred for any additional setup on the day of the event. Scheduled serving time for meals is essential to guarantee the quality of the food and the service. If delays occur in this scheduled service time Grouse Mountain Lodge will not be held responsible for the quality of the food.
All food and beverage served on our property must be purchased from our licensed kitchen and bar. Client will be billed for guarantee given 2 business days prior to event or actual number of attendees, whichever is greater.
A gratuity and tax of 18% total will be applied to all food and beverage totals. Grouse Mountain Lodge will not be responsible for the storage or security of personal equipment, display material and/or show merchandise
LODGE DINING

Reservations are recommended for evening dining in The Grill.
Parties of 10 or more guests require advance reservations and may have some degree of limitations regarding menu selections and dinning hours.
A 15% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more guests on all food and beverage.
Reservations for our “Deck and Patio” are not available. Parties of 8 or more guests will be referred to our grill for reservations.
MONTANA ADVENTURE COMPANY

Montana Adventure Company (MAC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grouse Mountain Lodge (GML). Neither company is directly affiliated with any of the vendors who provide recreational service, tours and experiences to guests of Grouse Mountain Lodge.
MAC makes reasonable efforts to monitor and keep up with the level of services these outside vendors provide. MAC recommends those vendors whose professionalism and reputation for quality service are established. Contractual arrangements between MAC and most vendors may entitle MAC, and indirectly GML, to a modest commission. All vendors providing service to lodge guests are individual and GML will not be liable for any claims resulting from negligence on the part of vendors introduced to lodge guests by or through MAC.
